Influence.ME Manual

Logo influence.ME

The manual for influence.ME aims at providing both an introduction to using influence.ME for those unfamiliar with using R, as well as more detailed information on the (internal) procedures used. Therefore, the manual contains four different chapters:

  • Chapter 1: Introduction.
  • Chapter 2: A Basic Run-Through of influence.ME. This chapter illustrates a basic analysis using some of the functions in influence.ME. Both a mixed model with a single variable is checked against influential data, as well as a model with multiple variables.
  • Chapter 3: A Detailed Account of influence.ME. In this chapter, more details are given about the internal functioning of influence.ME, as a result of which the focus of this chapter shifts from example analyses to some details on theory of influential data. Also, a very short introduction to R is given for those unfamiliar with R.
  • Chapter 4: The Help Pages. In the final chapter of the manual, all information available in the help pages of influence.ME, is reproduced. This entails a description of each parameter and option available to each of the functions available in influence.ME. Not all of these functions are (directly) described in the previous chapters.

The manual for version 0.7 of influence.ME can be found below:
